US Contract Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a contract specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, reviewing and managing contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including MSAs, NDAs and SOWs.Reviewing procurement agreements and services level agreements.Vetting various contracts and agreements.Negotiating with vendors to secure terms in the company's interest.Managing the process flow for contract approvals, including filing, retrieving and archiving contracts.Liaising with stakeholders on compliance or information requests.Maintaining records of vendor MSAs and purchase orders.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills. They will also have a proven track record of working with US IT staffing vendors.BenefitsImmediate joiners are highly considered. Night shift timing is 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM with no cab facility. Face-to-face interviews only.
