We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, ready to join immediately.Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture. 2. HR Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. Assist in the preparation of HR-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related forms. 3. Employee Data Management: Input and update employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems. 4. HR Compliance: Support compliance with HR policies and regulations. 5. Employee Queries: Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related information. Escalate more complex queries to the appropriate HR personnel. 6. Support Recruitment: Provide Support to the recruitment in various stages of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and collecting required documents. 7. HR Reporting: Assist in generating regular reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and other relevant data. Compile and analyze data for HR-related reporting purposes.Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of HR operations. 3. Basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices. 4. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR documentation. 6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. The candidate must be proficient in the Kannada language. 7. Proficient in MS Office applications.Skills: 1. Basic understanding of HR processes 2. Data entry and management 3. Time management and organisational skills 4. Communication and interpersonal skills 5.
