Home Textiles DesignerWe are seeking a skilled Home Textiles Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating innovative textile designs for home decor, including bedding, curtains, cushions, and other home textiles.About the RoleThe Home Textiles Designer will work closely with the product development team to ensure that designs meet company standards and market trends. Daily tasks include sketching, developing fabric patterns, selecting color palettes, and creating digital and physical prototypes of designs.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop innovative textile designs for home decor productsWork closely with the product development team to ensure design quality and consistencySelect color palettes and develop fabric patterns to meet company standardsCreate digital and physical prototypes of designs for review and testingRequirementsExperience in textile design, pattern making, and color theoryProficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CADKnowledge of fabric types, printing techniques, and production processesCreativity, innovation, and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related fieldExperience in the home textiles industry is a plusWhat We OfferA dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.
