🔍 Hiring for Production Engineer – CBS


Are you a seasoned Production Engineer with deep expertise in Core Banking Systems (CBS)? We have a great opportunity for someone with 5‑10 years’ experience..


📍 Location: Navi Mumbai

💼 Experience: 5‑10 years

💰 CTC: Up to ₹18,00,000 p.a.


🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Own the stability, availability and performance of our CBS Architecture, application & reporting layers

Manage migrations, capacity maintenance & upgrades of CBS applications

Perform application monitoring tasks, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure SLAs are met

Work on Oracle DB, PL/SQL, shell scripting; do regular reporting extract work (Regulatory, Finance, MIS,Branch)

Apply configuration changes, coordinate with vendor / OEM / infra teams for patches, bug‑fixes, releases

Handle incident & change management; track tickets, adhere to defined SLAs

Improve performance of reporting extracts and ensure the application delivers as per expectations

Participate in internal/external audits related to the application environment

Business Continuity Planning—ensure continuity & resilience of services


🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of CBS Architecture

Proficient with Oracle Database, SQL / PL/SQL, shell scripting

Hands‑on with Linux, application & web servers, monitoring tools

Past experience in application support, migrations, upgrades, capacity planning

Solid in Incident, Change, and Release Management practices

Experience generating reporting extracts (Finance, MIS, Regulatory, Branch), and optimizing their performance

Experience with audits and business continuity planning

Good communication skills; ability to coordinate among vendors, infra, operations, and business teams
