Job OverviewTo succeed in this role, you'll need to be a proactive problem solver who excels at optimizing processes to drive employee satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud experience is essentialProficiency in Atlassian Tools such as Jira, Confluence & ServiceDesk is requiredRich stakeholder and end-user management experience, including training & support is necessaryMastery of migration experiences such as JIRA to JIRA, Confluence to JIRA, Gitlab to JIRA/Confluence, Rally to Jira, Zendesk to Jira etc. is expectedExperience with key Atlassian plugins such as Portfolio, BigPicture, Zephyr, Tempo, Structure, Auditor, Configuration Manager etc. is requiredWorking knowledge of workflows Extension, Suite Utilities, Toolkit, Workflow Toolbox, Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards; PowerScripts, Automation for Jira, SFDC, Script Runner, EazyBi Reports, CustomFields Usage, RefinedWiki, Gliffy, etc; LDAP/Active Directory/Crowd User Directory Management in Atlassian Tools, Exalate, AIO ReportsFamiliarity with tools (JavaScript/JQuery, Groovy, Java, C++); Build-CI (Jenkins/Maven); Jira REST API/Jira SDK/Plugins, ITIL, Helpdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNowAbility to use applications like Zendesk, ServiceNow / Slack / MS Office/GSuiteCollection and documentation of relevant data related to nature of issuesExcellent communication and organizational skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills are necessaryDemonstrated ability to multitask, including solid time management skillsManagement, troubleshooting, and optimization of Jira workflows, fields, issue types, permissions, notifications, filters, boards, dashboardsIdentification of areas for improvement, optimization, and consolidationAdvice on best practices for Jira, Confluence to Corporate Engineering & other teamsCommunication and sharing of knowledge with internal and external contacts at all levels
