Job TitleAutomation Test LeadJob Description:This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of automation testers and contribute to the development of high-quality software. As an Automation Test Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests for web and mobile applications using Selenium and BDD frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement automated tests for web and mobile applications using Selenium and BDD frameworks.Create and maintain test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API projects.Experience in API Testing & API Automation & Good knowledge of Postman / RestAssured/karate (any one the rest can be trained if not available)Expected to be proficient in one of the test BDD frameworks Cucumber. Good knowledge of Git, Jenkins knowledgeExperience in enhancing & developing of API/Web Service automation framework.Write and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.Experience with Atlassian s Jira & any Test management toolsExecute test cases and report defects in a timely manner.Experience in estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activitiesStrong ability to perform functional integration testing of all integration points between the applications, components, and servicesPerform end-to-end manual testing where features and user stories are tested in their entiretyIdentify and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.Integrate test suites into the test management system and custom test harnesses.Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the product meets the requirements and is of high quality.Participate in product demos and release reviews.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.Stay current with new testing tools and technologies. Requirements and Qualifications:Below are the key qualifications required for this role.Functional Requirement Gathering: Min 8 yearsSelenium BDD Automation: Min 8+ yearsCucumber: Min 4+ years Core Java: Min 6 +YearsAPI automation: Min 4 years (Karate, rest assured)GIT: Min 1 year Other Skills:The following skills would be advantageous but not essential.Automation Framework Implementation: Min 5 yearGradle/maven: Min 5 yearsJenkins: Min 4 yearsPostman: Min 2 yearsDatabase Testing: 2 Years Nice to Have:The following skills are nice to have but not essential.Mobile Automation (Appium, Calabash..etc): Min 2 yearsKarate API Framework KnowledgeExperience in Splunk: Min 1 year
