The Role

  • Quality Management System review within 60days.
  • Establish successfully a system for CAPA within 60days.
  • Implementation of 5s in 24 zonal areas within the company in 90days.
  • Develop and plan for presentation to management and drive the TQM best practices within the organization.
  • Establish and Set Quality Objective according to departments.
  • Establish and set KPI, KRA to achieve 8 departments quality and productivity.
  • Identifying bottlenecks in Blasting, Machining department and streamline procedures.
  • Collecting and analysing data to identify trends, detect variations, and make data-driven decisions through SPC in minimum of 2 departments to maintain quality standards.
  • Key responsibilities and accountabilities Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements. Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
  • Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including:
  • Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules;
  • Establishing service standards for end users (i.e., internal department or external customer);
  • Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs;
  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel. 
  • Managing plant integrity through a failure analysis reporting system and following up on recommendations. Oversee supervision of all visual inspections and NDE, including 3rd party subcontractors. 
  • Managing inspection, NDE, and testing plans for new construction, repair work, and alterations. Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies.
  • Manage construction processes, plant equipment, inspection and NDE personnel certification and QMS internal audits.

Ideal Profile

  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities Education and experience Diploma / BE Should be Technically Sound.
  • Work Days Friday – Weekly off Sunday Working 1. Design and develop the QA / QC management systems and tools of an organization. 2. Having good quality management services experience. 3. Having practical and in depth experience on working of Lathe machine and cylindrical grinding machine. 4. Expert in measuring skill while using tools like calliper’s, gauges, Micrometres, Roughness Tester and Thickness Tester. 5. Interested and motivate to train young personnel in all matters related to quality.
  • You have at least 6 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
