Senior Web Automation SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-scale automated web scraping workflows for dynamic and protected websites.Your primary focus will be on implementing browser automation solutions with Playwright/Selenium/Puppeteer for complex user flows and asynchronous rendering. You will also integrate CAPTCHA-solving services, proxy rotation systems, and advanced anti-detection mechanisms to ensure reliable data extraction.To succeed in this role, you must have strong experience in Python-based web scraping and automation. You should be fluent in Python with experience using Requests, BeautifulSoup, Async frameworks, or Scrapy. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with proxy networks, fingerprinting, session handling, and anti-bot strategies.In this position, you will work closely with our AI, data engineering, and product teams to deliver high-quality scraping datasets. You will design robust ETL-style data pipelines ensuring data quality, monitoring, retries, and error handling.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop high-scale automated web scraping workflows for dynamic and protected websitesImplement browser automation solutions with Playwright/Selenium/Puppeteer for complex user flows and asynchronous renderingIntegrate CAPTCHA-solving services, proxy rotation systems, and advanced anti-detection mechanismsWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality scraping datasetsRequirements:3–10 years of experience in Python-based web scraping and automationStrong experience in Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, and browser automationFluent in Python with experience using Requests, BeautifulSoup, Async frameworks, or ScrapyHands-on experience with proxy networks, fingerprinting, session handling, and anti-bot strategiesUnderstanding of SQL/NoSQL databases for structured data storage
