Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ESG, NowAssist and associated modules.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to internal clients on optimal application designs. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement new applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and align with company objectives.Main Responsibilities:Provide technical guidance and leadership on ServiceNow implementationsDesign and develop new applications using ServiceNow best practicesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutionsDevelop and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizationsEnsure timely and efficient delivery of projects, meeting quality targetsKey Requirements:In-depth expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ESG, NowAssist and associated modulesStrong knowledge of multi-technology application design principlesAble to take a holistic view of application environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills
