Job Description:

Responsible for solution design and implementation of the Callidus commissions systems and ensure compliance with prescribed implementation standards. Become subject matter expert in sales performance management systems.


Must Have Skills:

  • Strong consulting experience
  • Able to work independently and in teams - in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Extensive experience in Callidus Rule and Rule Elements design & development
  • Integration options and best practices
  • Oracle PL/SQL – development and designing database (EXT) structures, performance tuning and optimization

  • Informatica (ETL Tool)

Key Responsibilities:

Take leadership in advising clients of best practices for solution architecture requirements, development, & solutions.

Lead and provide technical expertise for the managed services team.

Develop strong client relationships.

Collaborate with project management and implementation teams.

Develop database design and architecture documentation.

Ability to understand current solutions for clients and lead them through optimization and integration projects to maximize the value.

Create and present data architecture maps and advise clients on integration best practices.
