Procurement Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement efforts.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors for various services including printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies and catering.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships for long-term partnerships.Procurement Coordination: Manage procurement for all program-related needs including printing of materials, training kits and supplies.Logistics Management: Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops and district/block level training (venues, accommodation, meals and transport).Documentation: Ensure transparent documentation—purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders and invoices.Policy Development: Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures and ensure they are followed and updated as per organisational guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Procurement StrategiesMaintain Strong Relationships with VendorsEnsure Compliance with Organisational PoliciesCoordinate Logistics and Travel ArrangementsRequirements:Strong Communication and Negotiation SkillsAbility to Work Independently and CollaborativelyExcellent Problem-Solving and Analytical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Other Relevant ToolsWhat We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
