Senior Fund AccountantWe are seeking for a client - an experienced and technically strong Senior Fund Accountant to join their private capital advisory platform, supporting a fund aggregation vehicle investing across multiple private capital strategies. This role will assume primary responsibility for fund-level accounting, complex investor allocations, and oversight of service providers, operating in a multi-jurisdictional and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead fund accounting for aggregation vehicles, including capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, NAV calculations, and investor capital accountsReview and approve financial statements, capital account statements, and investor reporting packagesOversee cash management, bank reconciliations, expense allocations, and accrualsManage and coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting with external auditors, administrators, and advisorsEnsure accurate application of fund documentation, fee calculations, and allocation methodologiesSupport structuring and launch of new aggregation vehicles and onboarding of new investorsAct as a key point of contact for internal investment, operations, and compliance teamsIdentify process improvements and contribute to system enhancements and controlsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred5–8+ years of experience in private equity, private capital fund accounting, or fund administrationStrong technical knowledge of private fund structures, capital calls, waterfalls, and investor allocationsExperience working with fund administrators and overseeing outsourced accounting functionsHigh level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills; experience with fund accounting platforms is a plusExcellent written and spoken English; ability to work across multiple time zonesHow to ApplyPlease send your resume to career@ppa-sg.com with the subject line "FA 1225", and include the following information:NameCurrent Job Title / CompanyCurrent CTCExpected CTCNotice Period
