Job Title: Enterprise Linux Systems EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Linux Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level Linux systems.Key Responsibilities:Server Administration: You will administer Windows and Linux servers, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and scalable.Performance Monitoring & Optimization: You will monitor system performance and optimize resources such as CPU, RAM, Disk, and Network utilization.Resource Utilization Tracking: You will track resource utilization to ensure optimal system performance.File System Management & RAID Configuration: You will configure file systems and RAID arrays to ensure data integrity and availability.Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) VM Template Management & Deployment: You will manage virtual machine templates and deploy them across the organization.Active Directory Management (User, Group, Computer Objects): You will manage Active Directory objects, including user, group, and computer accounts.Domain Controller Setup & Troubleshooting: You will set up and troubleshoot domain controllers.DNS, DHCP, IIS, SMTP, WINS, DFS Configuration: You will configure DNS, DHCP, IIS, SMTP, WINS, and DFS services.Cluster Services Management (NFS, Autofs, NIS, LDAP): You will manage cluster services, including NFS, Autofs, NIS, and LDAP.Patch Management (Installation, Rollback, Hotfixes): You will install, roll back, and apply hotfixes to maintain system security and stability.Backup & Recovery Management: You will manage backups and recoveries to ensure business continuity.Job Scheduling & Crontab Monitoring: You will schedule jobs and monitor crontabs to automate tasks.Environment Variables & Registry Management: You will manage environment variables and registry settings.Account Lifecycle Management (Password Vault, Permissions): You will manage account lifecycles, including password vaults and permissions.Security & Vulnerability Management: You will identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.Server Build & Imaging (Physical & Virtual): You will build and image physical and virtual servers.Network Configuration & Troubleshooting: You will configure and troubleshoot network settings.IT Asset & Inventory Management: You will manage IT assets and inventory.Requirements:Linux Administration: You should have strong experience in Linux administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Scripting: You should have knowledge of scripting languages, such as Bash or Python.Cloud Computing: You should have experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.Networking: You should have knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.Database Management: You should have experience with database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications.Bonus Structure: We have a bonus structure in place to reward your hard work and dedication.Tuition Reimbursement: We offer tuition reimbursement to help you further your education and career goals.Professional Development Opportunities: We provide opportunities for professional development, including training and conference attendance.Culture: Our company culture values innovation, collaboration, and teamwork.How to Apply:To apply for this position, please submit your resume and cover letter to [insert contact information].
