Check us out – you'll know we're the place to be.What the job entails:Design and produce graphic elements such as logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and animations for Venture Smarter's website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing and communication materialsApply and maintain the company's visual identity and style guidelines across all graphic content, ensuring consistency and qualityWork with the marketing and creative teams to understand the project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and provide creative input and feedbackWork with the product and development teams to design user interfaces and user experiences for our digital solutions, ensuring functionality, usability, and accessibilityResearch and keep up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporate them into the graphic content as appropriateManage and organize the graphic assets and files, and ensure they are optimized for web and printIdeal Profile: Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field; or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environmentPortfolio of graphic design work that demonstrates creativity, originality, and versatilityProficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design softwareFamiliar with web design principles and tools, such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, and SketchExcellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with the ability to meet deadlines and follow instructionsWhat's on Offer?Flexible working optionsWork alongside & learn from best in class talentGreat work environment
