Job Title:Crm ArchitectAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Dynamics 365 CRM Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.Main ResponsibilitiesSolution ArchitectureDesign and implement end-to-end solution architectures for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations.Technical LeadershipProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on CE customization, plugin development, PCF controls, ALM, and best practices.Lead high-level workshops and discovery sessions with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and architectural decisions.Integration & Middleware ArchitectureArchitect seamless integration of CE with enterprise systems such as ERP, portals, mobile apps, and data platforms using Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Webhooks, REST, and SOAP APIs.Governance, ALM & SecurityDefine and implement environment strategy, DLP policies, and Power Platform governance frameworks to ensure secure authentication via Azure AD, Managed Identities, OAuth2, and consent models.Program Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary CRM solution advisor to business, program management, and IT leadership to present architectural decisions and roadmaps to CXOs and steering committees.Required Skills & ExperienceCore ExpertiseTotal Experience14+ years of total experience, with 8+ years in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.Deep Expertise in CE ModulesDeep expertise in CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service (optional but preferred).Hands-on solutioning experience across C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF, plugins, workflows, and customizations.Power Platform ExpertiseArchitectural-Level Experience in Power AppsArchitectural-level experience in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Custom Pages), Power Automate (cloud flows, BPFs), Power Pages, Dataverse architecture & governance, Power Platform Pipelines & ALM, enterprise governance, monitoring, and COE frameworks.Integration & Azure ExpertiseStrong experience in architecting integrations using Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Dataverse REST API, Azure networking, identity, encryption, and cloud security.Enterprise Leadership SkillsExperience Leading Cross-Functional Development TeamsExperience leading cross-functional development teams.Strong Stakeholder CommunicationStrong stakeholder communication and ability to influence senior leadership.Proven Track RecordProven track record in delivering large, multi-country CRM transformation programs.Agile Delivery MethodologiesExperience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps-driven execution.Preferred CertificationsPL-600Power Platform Solution Architect (Highly Preferred)PL-400Power Platform DeveloperAzure FundamentalsAzure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
