Senior Oracle OTM Functional SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle OTM Functional Specialist to lead our upgrade efforts, design and implement functional enhancements, and optimize database performance.Lead the team in upgrading OTM to version 6.5.3, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption.Design and implement tailored functional enhancements that meet business needs, driving process efficiency and productivity.Perform comprehensive testing of upgrades and customizations, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.Optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance, ensuring optimal system utilization.Collaborate with the infrastructure and integration support teams to ensure smooth OTM environment operations.Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues and provide ongoing operational support, maintaining high levels of system reliability and availability.Document solutions and knowledge transfer, ensuring seamless handovers and minimizing knowledge gaps.Required Qualifications:4-7+ years of OTM experience, including at least 2 full upgrade lifecycles.Hands-on expertise with OTM 6.5.x or similar versions.Strong knowledge of OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.Solid experience in Oracle DB administration and SQL/PLSQL development.Familiarity with server, middleware, and infrastructure elements of OTM.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Background in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
