Large Language Model Developer

About the OpportunityOur organization seeks a highly skilled Large Language Model (LLM) developer to design, fine-tune, and deploy domain-specific AI systems. You will collaborate across the ML lifecycle, from data preparation and model adaptation to scalable deployment.This role is ideal for a talented individual with expertise in adapting LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA and related methods, as well as experience preparing and structuring complex medical and clinical data for AI training.The successful candidate will develop scalable ML pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, evaluate and benchmark open-source models, and ensure ethical and explainable AI practices.Key Responsibilities:Fine-tune and adapt LLMs using LoRA/QLoRA and related methods.Prepare and structure complex medical and clinical data for AI training.Develop scalable ML pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.Evaluate and benchmark open-source models.Monitor model performance and ensure ethical, explainable AI.Required Skills and Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.3+ years of experience.Proven experience in ML development and deployment.Strong Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow skills.Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, DeepSpeed, vLLM).Familiarity with RAG, LangChain, and vector databases.Cloud experience (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure a plus).What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.A competitive compensation package.Ongoing professional development opportunities.How to Apply:Please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter.
