Program Manager

Our client is looking to hire a Program Manager with experience of Accounting projects (no need for official accounting qualifications) and stong knowledge of an ERP - for example Oracle/Workday/Hyperion/SAP/MSD365/Peoplesoft
Although based remote we are looking to hire on contract in India but the individual involved should be able to mirror working hours in either the US EST time zone or the UK
You will be joining a high-performing PMO team consisting of Program Managers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts. In an exceptionally fast-paced environment, you will lead programs that address Finance’s crucial initiatives, business transformation, and emerging needs.
Tasks include:
- Program Management to achieve business outcomes
- Create Clarity and Solutions across the project
- Influence to achieve buy-in at all levels of the organisation
- Measurement & Reporting
- Alignment - Ensure all stakeholder parties are appropriately informed and aligned.
- Manage Risk
- Develop Others - Continuously contribute to the development of others; champion a culture of continuous feedback.
- Optimise - Drive continuous improvement
You will need:
- To be an experienced Program Manager with experience of Finance or Procurement Projects.
- Good experience of Finance and Finance ERP's such as Oracle/Workday/Hyperion/SAP/MSD365/Peoplesoft
- An accounting background
- Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
