Job Description:As a Process Automation Specialist, you will utilize our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your experience in accounting or finance will enable you to understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations.You will collaborate with accounting professionals to identify business processes that can be improved through automation. Your analytical thinking and technical skills will allow you to map out end-to-end accounting processes and translate them into automation logic.Key responsibilities include designing and building AI agents and automated workflows, supporting client onboarding and training, documenting best practices, and providing feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping, or related fields)Strong understanding of accounting workflows and terminologyAnalytical thinker with a knack for process optimizationTech-savvy and comfortable learning new toolsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProactive, detail-oriented, and organizedExperience with Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or No-Code Automation toolsBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative team building the next generation of accounting automation tools.
