**Job Title:** Senior Dayforce WFM Lead ConsultantJob DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to lead end-to-end implementations of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering complex entitlements, and ensuring seamless integration of Dayforce Core HR & WFM workstreams.Technical Expertise: A thorough understanding of Dayforce Core HR & WFM workstreams is required.Leadership Experience: The ability to lead WFM implementations, including discovery, requirements gathering, go-live, hypercare, and victory lap, is essential.Implementation Track Record: A minimum of 2 successful WFM implementations under your belt is necessary.Global Experience: Global experience across multiple regions, including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US, is a must.Entitlements and Pay Policies: Deep technical expertise in entitlements and pay policies is required.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.For this position, we require a graduation degree in any field and hands-on implementation experience on Dayforce WFM.
