Job DescriptionLead a team of data scientists to advance next-generation machine learning applications using geospatial data science.Develop and deploy large-scale ML applications to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Own technical roadmaps and charters for resource management and mentoring science staff.Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and applied data scientists to develop solutions to real-world business use-cases.Focus on identifying and solving customer problems with simple and elegant solutions.Propose and validate hypotheses to direct product roadmaps.Requirements:M.Tech, MS (Research), or PhD in a technical field.Experience working in industry on projects from proof-of-concept to deployment.Technical leadership experience as evidenced by simultaneous project and people management instances.Must-haves:Proven track record of relevant experience in computer vision, NLP, and ML+Systems.Technically familiar with CNNs, LSTMs/RNNs/GRUs, Transformers, and Generative Models.Proficiency in Python and strong hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and lead a team of talented data scientists.
