You'll coordinate with cross-functional Agile teams, ensure alignment with business goals, and drive consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes.This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.About the Role:The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end delivery of GRAVTY implementations, ensuring seamless execution across client engagements. This role combines delivery ownership, client consulting, Agile leadership, and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable business outcomes and customer success.Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery & ExecutionLead and Manage end-to-end GRAVTY implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.Oversee loyalty program configuration and integration with client systems, ensuring smooth deployment.Ensure go-live readiness, coordinating cross-functional activities for successful rollout.Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and change controls.Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to SLAs.Track progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics to identify and implement process improvements.Delivery Excellence MetricsConsistent delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within approved budgets.Improved delivery predictability, accuracy of effort estimates, and overallexecution efficiency.Enhanced team performance, collaboration, and accountability resulting insmoother delivery cycles.High levels of client satisfaction and strong positive feedback from internaland external stakeholders.Successful and stable go-lives, enabled by thorough readiness planning,cross-team coordination, and risk management.Client Consulting & StrategyConduct detailed client discovery sessions to analyze requirements, uncover pain points, and define measurable KPIs.Develop business cases, market assessments, and feasibility analyses tosupport customer decision-making.Collaborate with Product Management to influence the roadmap and supportdelivery of high-impact, customer-centric features.Develop product marketing assets such as white papers, case studies, andexecutive-ready presentations.Support go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs andproduct positioning.About You :We seek an exceptional individual who hasAn MBA degree complemented by an Engineering degree (CS/IT preferred) with prior 2-3 years of experience(MUST) in an IT industry.Core interpersonal and communication skills - includes verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsLeadership and Team Management skills - includes empathy, delegation, and conflict resolution skills. Organization and Time Management skills- includes attention to detail, prioritization and multitasking.High customer orientation skills - customer obsessed, foster trust and transparency and manages expectations.Ability to manage risks, dependencies & complex timelines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Thrives in a fast-paced environment
