Responsibilities:

  • Researching, conceptualizing, and creating high-quality technical content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and documentation.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy in technical content.
  • Translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences, including technical and non-technical readers.
  • Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to support content marketing initiatives, lead generation efforts, and product launches.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance to junior writers or freelancers, if applicable.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate/master’s degree full time in technology/management
  • Proven experience (usually 2-5 years) as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), collaboration tools, and other software relevant to content creation and publishing.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content for search engines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Experience with graphic design, video production, or multimedia content creation is a plus.
  • Certifications in technical writing or related fields may be advantageous but are not always required.
