Designation: Digital MarketingLocation: GurgaonExperience: 10-12 yearsQualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field/ MBAAbout the role: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing operations and ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, AEO, GEO, Social Media Management, Web Development, and Performance Marketing, with proven experience in managing large teams and full P&L ownership. This is a leadership position that requires a perfect blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on expertise across multiple digital domains.Responsibilities:Grow digital marketing business.Lead and manage the entire digital marketing operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all client projects.Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.Drive measurable growth across key digital channels — SEO, AEO, GEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Web Development.Oversee Performance Marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, , etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.Lead the content, design, and technical teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand consistency.Manage P&L responsibilities for the digital division — ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and resource utilization.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team of digital marketing specialists.Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership and clients.Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support client acquisition and retention strategies.Competencies:Communication:Effectively communicates with all associates, customers and handles sensitive information appropriately.(Listening, Verbal Fluency): Active listening style that achieves understanding and appreciation for others, and expressing oneself in a clear and well-articulated fashion appropriate to the audience.Teamwork & Collaboration:Ability to work effectively with others to deliver results.Interpersonal Skills:Helps others by addressing their work-related queries.Demonstrates empathy and understanding of others situations and opinions, building coworker's trust.Proactively considers the impact of actions and decisions on others within the department.Customer Orientation:Delivering, anticipating, and maintaining professionalism with customers.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (mandatory).Master's Degree / MBA in Marketing or Digital Business (Preferred).Recognized certifications will be an added advantage:o Google Ads / Meta Blueprint Certificationo HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certificationo Google Analytics Certification (GA4)o SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz SEO Certifications o Digital Marketing Executive Program (IIM / MICA / ISB – desirable).About Hireginie: Hireginie is a prominent talent search company specializing in connecting top talent with leading organizations.
