Identify underperformance early, manage risk mitigation conversations, track key performance indicators, and provide board-level insights.Team Management: mentor and guide Associates and Analysts, enforce follow-up, research depth, and memo quality standards. Run internal investment reviews and pre-investment forums.Strategic Planning & Reporting: contribute to LP dashboards, support new fund design, co-investment structures, and sector allocations. Represent the organization at founder forums, investor summits, and panels.Requirements:Proven track record in full-cycle investing, deal execution, and portfolio leadership.Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to represent the organization at various forums.Strategic thinker, with ability to identify opportunities for value creation and implement effective solutions.Analytical mindset, with expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and risk management.
