Job Title: Sr. Executive / HR Executive – GeneralistDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: A-43 Naraina Industrial Are Phase 2 Delhi-110028Reports To: HR Manager / HR HeadExperience: 2 to 5 yearsKey Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.Employee Engagement & RelationsOrganize employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities.Handle employee grievances professionally and ensure prompt resolution.Support the performance appraisal process and feedback mechanism.HR OperationsMaintain and update employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.Process payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, benefits, etc.) and coordinate with finance.Handle exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.Prepare Bank file and upload salary and other payment on bank portal.Compliance & DocumentationEnsure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards regularly.Key Skills and Competencies:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in MS Office and HR softwareAbility to multitask and work independently or in a team.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Certification in HR (preferred but not mandatory).Interested Candidate send to cv directly on : Contact Number : Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
