Key Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for overlooking the technical department of the Service team at River
  • Liaison with R&D, Customer Quality team for open product bugs & ensure closure of the same.
  • Tracking & closure of open technical queries for field teams.
  • Improve technical competency of field teams.
  • Create technical skill matrix for field teams
  • Technical publications - Service Manual, Owner’s manual, Technical Service Bulletins etc.
  • Service Recall /Field Fix completion tracking.
  • Special tools development to reduce service TAT.
  • Represent service in technical CFT’s.



Ideal Candidate:


  • B.E/B. Tech with 10+ years of experience in service operations from an automotive background
  • Excellent communication skills and people skills.
  • Excellent technical & communication skills, Able do multi-tasking.
