As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Website Manager & SEO Specialist to help elevate our online presence and digital experience.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Website Manager & SEO Specialist to take full ownership of Aurecho's website, ensuring it remains visually compelling, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines. This role will be key to driving traffic, improving user experience, and increasing conversions through effective SEO practices. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to align the website with Aurecho's brand strategy and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Oversee day-to-day management of the Aurecho website, ensuring it is fully functional, user-friendly, and continuously updated.
Work with the design and development teams to improve website aesthetics, navigation, and user interface for optimal performance and engagement.
Implement content updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns on the website.
Manage the content management system (CMS) to ensure seamless website operations and integration of content.
Perform regular testing of the website, including load times, compatibility, and performance optimization.
Analyze website data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
Ensure mobile optimization and enhance website speed and performance to boost customer satisfaction.
SEO Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aimed at driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content creation and optimization.
Optimize on-page SEO elements (meta titles, descriptions, images, and headers) and content for maximum search engine visibility.
Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed concerns.
Build and manage an ongoing link-building strategy to improve domain authority and search rankings.
Analyze website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console) and make data-driven decisions to enhance SEO performance.
Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes, applying best practices to ensure Aurecho's website remains competitive.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in website management, SEO, and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Experience with CMS (preferably WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with e-commerce websites and product page optimization.
Experience in creating compelling, SEO-friendly content and collaborating with content creators.
Ability to stay up-to-date with SEO trends and emerging technologies.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and design teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing a premium consumer electronics website.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Basic knowledge of online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
