Servicenow Tester

Job Title- ServiceNow TesterLocation- RemoteMode- OnsiteJob Type- Full-TimeThe ServiceNow Testing is responsible for working to develop, design ATF test cases and perform Functional testing on the Service now platform. As such, the tester requires a strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Request, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Service Catalog, and Service Portal) & ESM ( Enterprise Service Management). Overseeing the implementation, integrations, testing, and documentation are a key part of the role. The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of expertise with ServiceNow.Education & Experience:· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering· 5+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment· 3+ years of ServiceNow experience/· Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base· Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment· Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills· Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members· Experience with Testing ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.· Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow· Create and manage ATF scripts· Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell) is a good to have· A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB· Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist· Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately· Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies applicable to the ServiceNow platform· Conducts / participates in user inclusive story / requirement gathering sessions· Agile certified· Worked in Agile projects· Worked on TOSCA toolDesired Certifications· ISTQB· Certified System Administrator· PSM or CSM
