Job Title: Workday Compensation & Benefit ConsultantKey Skills: Workday Compensation, Benefit consultant, Implementation, HRIS, Stakeholder ManagementJob Locations: ChennaiExperience: 6 – 10 YearsBudget: 16 – 18 LPAEducation Qualification: Any GraduationJob Description:Who are we looking for?Looking for Level 4 or Level 5 resource, having 6-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Technical Skills:· 6-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry· Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS platforms in Workday· Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to compensation and benefits· High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality· Effective communication and stakeholder management skills· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills· Certification in Compensation & Benefits (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plusKey Responsibilities:· Develop and oversee the organization's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and compliance with regulations· Assist in developing and maintaining compensation structures, salary benchmarks, and job grading systems· Design and implement salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs that support business objectives and workforce needs· Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks· Conduct market analyses and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages· Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to compensation and benefits· Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to ensure accuracy in pay and benefits data· Support design and communication of total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees· Manage benefits enrollment and resolve employee queries in coordination with vendors· Contribute to internal audits and reporting requirements related to C&B· Prepare dashboards and reports for HR leadership on compensation trends and cost analysis· Manage vendor relationships with benefits providers and negotiate contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness· Partner with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure seamless execution of compensation and benefits processes· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve programsQualification:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field of study, or related practical experience.
