Job OverviewThis position entails spearheading initiatives to seamlessly integrate Chargebee with prominent CRM platforms.The ideal candidate will assume ownership of and continually evolve current CRM integration solutions to ensure smooth, scalable integration.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in cross-functional forums to make informed decisions on integration architecture choices.Lead the ideation, design, and development of CRM integration applications/services, focusing on data accuracy, security, and governance.Author and maintain technical documents, API specifications, and implementation guides.Collaborate closely with product managers to design robust CRM connectors.Write hands-on code to build frameworks or middleware that facilitate integrations.Maintain functional and non-functional quality through automated tests, data validation checks, and API automation.Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues with urgency and clarity.Mentor junior engineers on best practices for building scalable integrations.Champion adoption of Agile practices within the team.Engage with managed service partners to ensure high-quality integration delivery and support coverage.Requirements7-10 years of experience in developing distributed systems to handle high throughput, low latency, and event-driven architecture.Strong knowledge of Java, Distributed Systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.Experience working on large-scale systems in the Cloud.Excellent communication skills to simplify complex integration scenarios for both technical and business stakeholders.
