Global IT Projects Sourcing Partner: Key Role OverviewJob Description:We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead global IT projects sourcing. This strategic role requires identifying and securing new IT project opportunities, clients, and technology partnerships for our organization.The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the IT industry, coupled with expertise in IT sales, business development, or project sourcing. They should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI) and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.This opportunity is well-suited for professionals who can convert leads into successful engagements and maintain an active pipeline of discussions, negotiations, and client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Source new IT project opportunities across various markets (UAE, India, KSA, Europe, US).Identify suitable projects for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.Target enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Business Development & Client Acquisition:Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers: CTOs, CEOs, Procurement Heads, Product Managers, and IT Directors.Pitch services and convert leads into paid projects.Conduct requirement understanding calls and solution walkthroughs.Proposal & Bidding Support:Coordinate RFP/RFQ submissions with the internal team.Provide client requirements, scope, and timelines to the technical team.Support proposal preparation, commercials, and negotiation.Pipeline & Account Ownership:Own the opportunities until successful closure.Maintain an active pipeline of leads, discussions, and negotiations.Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to the delivery team.Market Research & Expansion:Monitor industry trends and emerging technology demands.Identify potential markets to expand service offerings.Scout for recurring and long-term partnership opportunities.Required Skills & Experience:Strong connections in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to identify opportunities and close deals independently.Experience working with global markets (UAE/KSA preferred).Why You'll Thrive in this RoleYou'll have the autonomy to source and secure new IT project opportunities, driving growth and expansion for our organization.This strategic role offers a dynamic and challenging environment, perfect for professionals seeking to grow their careers and make a meaningful impact.
