You'll collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce engaging, trend-driven content that resonates with audiences and amplifies our brand story.RequirementsYour Purpose Create and share content that showcases our work, culture, and team milestones. Pitch and produce fresh ideas for reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos. Capture behind-the-scenes footage and authentic studio interactions. Stay updated on social media trends and creatively adapt them to our brand identity. Your Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Manage a content calendar in coordination with the marketing team. Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and interactions. Identify trending formats, audio, and topics to enhance content relevance. Maintain brand tone, voice, and consistency across all digital platforms. Track performance metrics and use insights to optimize content strategies. What We're Looking For 0–2 years of experience in content creation (personal projects count). Strong interest in social media trends, storytelling, and visual aesthetics. Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar video tools. Good understanding of engagement strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proactive, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bonus: Experience managing your own social media page, growing a following, or creating viral content.
