Job TitlePerformance Marketing SpecialistRole OverviewWe're seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist with in-depth expertise in Google Ads and exceptional client-facing skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ad accounts from onboarding to optimisation, providing regular performance updates, and developing strategic recommendations for clients.This role involves hands-on campaign management, including setup, tracking, GTM, and performance reporting. You'll also be responsible for supporting the growth of our eCommerce Store Management capabilities and working closely with our founders to accelerate business growth.As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills, gain exposure to how a fast-scaling agency is built, and contribute to shaping our paid media function.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end ownership of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMAX, and Display.Setup, tracking, GTM, and performance reportingOngoing campaign optimisation, testing, and strategy development.Requirements3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, PMAX, GTM).Proven ability to manage ad accounts from onboarding through to optimisation.Strong email communication and client-facing professionalism.Self-sufficiency and initiative—comfortable working without micromanagement.BenefitsA high-trust environment where you can truly own your work.A chance to shape the agency's paid media function and influence its growth.Direct access to founders and the senior team for mentorship and support.Fully remote role with UK working hours.
