The position entails designing, configuring, and customizing software modules, implementing custom entities, and developing CRM extensions.Create effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Develop and implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, actions, business rules, and form customizations.Promote the development and enhancement of CRM extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Web Resources.Build and customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and SLA/KPI configurations.Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems through Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, API integration, and custom middleware.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in solution architecture with Architects and Leads.Prepare high-level and low-level design documents, data models, and integration mappings.Evaluate adherence to best practices, Microsoft recommended patterns, and security & compliance standards.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.Strong development skills with C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, plugins, custom workflow activities, PCF Controls, and Dataverse schema design & security.Power Platform expertise: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform ALM/Pipelines.Integration & Azure skills: Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks & Azure Functions.About This OpportunityWe are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team.
