Expertise in C# for developing custom Dynamics 365 plugins and workflows. Proficient in HTML/CSS for customizing and styling Dynamics 365 forms and web resources. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues within Dynamics 365 solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team membersResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 to meet complex business requirements.Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards to optimize user experience.Develop and automate business processes using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate. Create and maintain FetchXML queries for reporting and data retrieval purposes.Develop and maintain Model-Driven Apps that support business operations and enhance user efficiency.Write and maintain JavaScript code to enhance the client-side functionality of Dynamics 365 applications. Develop custom plugins and workflows using C# to extend Dynamics 365 capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical solutions. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Dynamics 365 solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team, promoting best practices in development and customization.QualificationsFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git. Ability to write clear, concise documentation. Participate in code reviews to maintain a high standard of code quality and share knowledge across the team. Troubleshoot and debug applications as necessary. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft tools and third-party applications using APIs and connectors. Knowledge of Azure services and how they can be leveraged within Dynamics 365 solutions. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools. Experience in providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
