Treasury Product Owner

Product Development RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to drive the Investments and ALM suite of Capital Cube.Main Responsibilities:Create and evolve the product vision and roadmap for ALM (Liquidity, IRRBB, FTP) and Investments modules.Analyze regulatory and market shifts (Basel IV, EBA, ILAAP, PRA, IFRS9, SAMA) to inform feature development.Identify opportunities for innovation and automation in traditional treasury operations.Cross-Functional LeadershipThe ideal candidate will collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, Implementation, and Support teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.Skill Requirements:Effective communication and collaboration skills.Able to translate market needs into clear functional specifications and wireframes.Leadership experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT and go-to-market execution.Market IntelligenceThe successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of treasury products used in India (e.g., Finacle Treasury, TCS BaNCS, Infosys Edgeverve, SunGard) and how they compare globally.Bonus Qualifications:Competitive and regulatory intelligence gathering skills.Experience tracking competitors like Murex, Finastra, Moody's, Adenza, Oracle, FIS, and Kyriba.Product Launch and PromotionThe role requires creating detailed product collaterals, whitepapers, and demo scripts.Key Deliverables:Participate in thought leadership webinars, client forums, and industry roundtables.Represent the product at analyst briefings and industry conferences.
