Databricks Enterprise Support Specialist

Enterprise Data Platform AdministratorWe are seeking a seasoned data professional to join our team as an Enterprise Data Platform Administrator. This key role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Databricks platform on AWS, Azure, or GCP in an agile environment.Implement and maintain the Databricks platform, including workspace setup, user/group management, access control, and security configurations.Provide technical support to data engineering, data science, and application teams. Troubleshoot issues, restore/recover systems, and resolve platform problems.Manage Databricks clusters and workspaces. Monitor performance, resource utilization, and platform costs.Protect sensitive data by implementing and managing access controls and security policies. Ensure compliance with relevant data governance and regulatory requirements.Required Skills:At least 3 years of production support experience for the Databricks platform.Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services, Databricks administration.AWS IAM, VPC, private endpoints, firewalls, S3, and knowledge of how Databricks integrates with them.MLflow, Workflows, Databricks Asset Bundles.Databricks REST API: For automation, scripting, and integration.dbx CLI: For CI/CD integration.Delta Live Tables (DLT): For managing streaming and batch pipelines.SQL + PySpark skills for debugging and support.Benefits:Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
