Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of our financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes, as well as excellent functional knowledge of FCCS.The successful consultant will be responsible for leading overall project solutions, design validation, and guiding project teams. They will also lead business requirement gathering sessions, solution demonstrations, user training, and testing.Additionally, the consultant will create project documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), test scripts, and manuals. Strong technical capabilities in FCCS and a deep understanding of integration capabilities with HFM, EPM/Hyperion, and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management are essential.A CA or MBA Finance qualification is preferred, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate business and technologies concisely.We value assertive and confident individuals who can work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Long-term travel may be required based on project needs, particularly to GCC Countries. Onsite experience in GCC regions is a plus.Familiarity with Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, Account Reconciliation, and Tax Reporting would be an added advantage.
