The role requires strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including workflows, automation, APIs, and Service Portal customization.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Extensive experience across ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.- Proficient in creating and modifying Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.- Experience in REST integrations and developing custom APIs within ServiceNow.- Hands-on in customizing the Service Portal- Expert in designing/implementing multiple catalog items by collaborating with the business stakeholders- Must have strong experience in integrating multiple large enterprise systems using APIs, REST/SOAP protocols, authentication mechanisms- Strong knowledge on Glide APIs, server/client-side scripting, Scripted Rest API, portal architecture- Must have excellent oral and written communication/presentation/negotiation skills- Detail-oriented, able to identify issues, and consistently collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner- 5 years of ServiceNow development exposure.
