Implementation Consultant

Job Summary   As a member of the PairSoft Professional Services Technical team, you will own performing setup / install, configuration, and integration of our software. Directly working with and assisting our professional services project teams to on board new customers and to troubleshoot and advance the usage of existing customers.  We ask that you bring to our company your technical skills, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn. In return, we will provide the opportunity to grow your technical skills and business knowledge, as we help clients make their operations more efficient and effective.     This will start as an individual contributor role within a team of peers reporting to the Practice Lead in the Professional Services team.  Based on performance, the role can evolve to include architecting, developing, testing (QA and UAT) advanced configurations, and/or directly collecting and documenting customer requirements.    Working Hours:  9 AM – 6 PM (Eastern Time)6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST: During Daylight Saving Time (EDT: March–Nov)7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST: After Daylight Saving Time (EST: Nov–MarchLocation: ​​India : This is a remote opportunity Candidate can work from anywhere in IndiaResponsibilities / Essential FunctionsInstalls and configures PairSoft products and applications in both Cloud and On-Premise environments, ensuring compatibility and performance. Provides technical guidance on product prerequisites, system compatibility, and deployment best practices tailored to client environments. Assists in identifying and troubleshooting product-related defects, escalating to development or engineering teams when necessary. Participates in client meetings and internal project discussions, offering technical input on feasibility, architecture, and integration strategies. Identifies opportunities for improving product functionality, integration flow, or deployment methodology and relays structured feedback to internal teams. Documents technical implementation approaches, custom workflows, and client-specific configurations to support repeatable best practices. Designs, develops, and tests custom configurations, API integrations, and automation workflows within the PairSoft platform and connected systems. Supports and maintains active configurations and custom JavaScript modules, monitors logs for performance optimization, and troubleshoots end-user issues. Performs other technical consulting or engineering duties as assigned within the scope of Product Services or Professional Services. Requirements: Education & Background:Bachelor's in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.  3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise software integration, development, or systems administration. ERP/CRM and SaaS Experience:At least 1 year of experience with ERP or CRM integrations for SaaS applications. Hands-on with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics GP/SL/365BC, Blackbaud, NetSuite, or Sage. API & Integration Experience:Strong understanding of RESTful API design, structure, and data exchange standards. Skilled in authenticating, consuming, and troubleshooting web services via JSON and XML payloads. Experience with:Creating or consuming OAuth 2.0 and Bearer token authenticated endpoints. Using Postman, Swagger, or API Gateways for testing and documenting APIs. Building middleware or integration layers using , custom scripts, or workflow platforms. Direct integration into ERP systems via SQL Server, ODBC, or custom connectors. Technical Coding/Scripting Skills:Knowledge in JavaScript: Ability to write modular, event-driven scripts to extend platform functionality. Usage of JavaScript within integration layers, form customizations, or automation scripts.Knowledge in SQL: Able to write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data manipulation and reporting.Familiar with XML, JSON, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with automation tools, workflow engines, or platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate is a plus. Networking & Infrastructure Knowledge:Working knowledge of IIS, SSL/TLS, firewall rules, and port configurations. Familiarity with SSO, OAuth, SAML, and Azure Active Directory, OKTA, or OneLogin. Remote Work Capability:Comfortable working independently in remote/distributed teams, with the requirement of uninterrupted electricity supply and strong internet bandwidth to ensure seamless productivity in a remote environment. Uses tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, Confluence, Jira, or GitHub for collaboration. Relevant Industry Experience (Nice to Have):Familiarity with AP automation/document management platforms like: KwikTag, Altec DocLink, Stampli, Metafile ReqLogic, AvidXchange, IBM Filenet, Laserfiche, Hyland Experience working with copier OEM/reseller environments is an added benefit.  About the CompanyWe are a global team of innovators and advocates transforming how financial data is captured, stored, and manipulated with our comprehensive suite of automation technology.
