Company Description Apollo Sugar Clinics offers focused holistic care for diabetic patients, providing end-to-end care and management of diabetes and related complications. Each clinic is staffed with experienced Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, Diabetes health coaches, and Diet counselors who follow accurate diagnostics and evidence-based treatment protocols. Our seamless care delivery is enhanced by continuous monitoring via connected glucometers and the Apollo Sugar App, ensuring constant advisory support. Recently, we introduced a smaller clinic format under the brand name “Sugar – Apollo Clinics for Diabetes,” partnering with renowned doctors to extend our care model to a broader audience. We currently operate over 90 clinics. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the clinic's budget, and maintaining effective communication with staff and patients. The role also involves coordinating with medical professionals, training staff, and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skillsExperience in Budgeting and financial managementBackground in Medicine or healthcare managementAbility to train and mentor staffExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesBachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience managing a clinic or healthcare facility is preferred
