The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of supply chain planning processes and systems, particularly in the areas of demand planning, sequencing, order optimization, and inventory optimization.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end ESP implementations, including blueprinting, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportTranslate business requirements into functional ESP configurationsConduct requirement-gathering workshops, user training, and stakeholder engagementCollaborate with supply chain, IT, and business teams to ensure alignmentCustomize ESP modules for capacity planning, material planning, and inventory optimizationPerform data migration, validation, and cleansingSupport system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshootingDrive innovation by integrating new Blue Yonder features and best practicesRequirements:We are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Planning expert with 8-10+ years of experience in supply chain planning and 2-3 full-cycle ESP implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, data mapping, solver engines (MAP, LPOpt), and performance tuning.
