Cloud Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers.Key Responsibilities:1. Multi-Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): You will design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and management of cloud infrastructure.2. Next-Gen CI/CD & MLOps: You will design and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket and Cloud Build. You will also work on Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) to automate the deployment of machine learning models.3. Security, Identity & Compliance (DevSecOps): You will design and implement security controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work with the CISO to ensure that security policies are implemented and enforced.4. The AI-First Engineering Ambassador: You will promote the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to speed up development and debugging. You will work with engineers to build internal tooling that leverages large language models to analyze logs, predict system outages, and auto-generate documentation.5. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & Observability: You will formalize and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for critical services. You will implement robust monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.Technical Must-Haves:Cloud Fluency: Deep experience with AWS and GCP.IaC Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Terraform.Security Competence: Experience implementing IAM roles and security auditing tools.Containerization: Expert-level Kubernetes and Docker knowledge.The 'Plurall' Factor:Fintech DNA: Previous experience in Fintech or Banking.Startup Agility: Ability to thrive in ambiguity and ownership.AI-Native: Comfortable interacting with LLMs via CLI and IDEs.Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Proven track record of setting technical standards and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable terms.Why This Role?This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of cloud computing and develop cutting-edge skills in areas like IaC, DevSecOps, and AI-native engineering.
