Database Replication SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Database Replication Specialist to oversee the setup and maintenance of real-time data replication across various Oracle database versions.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage Oracle GoldenGate architectures for high-availability environments.Perform periodic maintenance and patching as required.Monitor and troubleshoot GoldenGate processes, ensuring seamless data replication and migration.Collaborate with Oracle RAC, ASM, and Data Guard teams to integrate GoldenGate environments.Develop and implement best practices and automation initiatives to optimize database performance.Lead complex database migration projects, including on-premises to cloud or version upgrades.Required Skills:Expertise in Oracle Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery solutions.Proven experience with GoldenGate installations, upgrades, and patching across Linux, UNIX, and Windows platforms.Ability to set up bidirectional and unidirectional replication for high-availability environments.Tuning GoldenGate performance to ensure high throughput and low latency.Exceptional troubleshooting skills for GoldenGate replication lag, process failures, and conflict resolution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and management teams.
