As a Senior OKR Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and refining our OKR framework, ensuring clear definition, communication, and alignment of objectives across all levels.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and refines company-wide OKRs for strategic alignment and clarity of organizational objectivesImplements and manages the OKR digital platform, including end-to-end planning, rollout, training, and ongoing supportFacilitates regular OKR planning and reviews sessions, engaging senior stakeholders to set ambitious and measurable objectivesProvides training and coaching on OKR best practices, emphasizing best practices in OKR formulation, monitoring, and achievementMonitors OKR progress systematically, providing actionable insights and recommendations for strategic adjustmentsQualificationsMinimum 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field with a proven track record in implementing OKR frameworksDemonstrated experience in KPI framework design, tracking, and reporting across functions or business unitsStrong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data and convert insights into strategic actionsExcellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teamsProficient in OKR software tools and data visualization platforms, including MS Excel
