Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graduate Civil Engineer based in Bengaluru, with some work from home acceptable. The Graduate Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and planning civil engineering projects, conducting and documentation of research activities and ensuring the successful execution of civil engineering tasks. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed designs, collaborating with other engineers and professionals, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills Knowledge and practice as Civil Engineers Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required Experience with industry-standard software and tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Previous experience in R&D projects is a plus Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Collaborate on Project Tasks Assist in designing, developing, and testing project components. Work under the guidance of senior engineers or project leads to learn best practices. 2.Research and Documentation Conduct research on relevant technologies or methodologies. Document findings, processes, and project progress regularly. 3.Problem-Solving and Innovation Contribute fresh ideas and solutions to improve project outcomes. Take part in brainstorming sessions and team discussions. 4.Learning and Skill Enhancement Show initiative in learning new tools, frameworks, or processes. Seek feedback from mentors and proactively work on personal development
