This role combines design knowledge with storytelling, editorial excellence, and communication.We seek a passionate individual who can craft engaging narratives about architecture, curate projects, and shape meaningful discourse in the design industry.Create high-quality articles, features, interviews, and project stories that showcase design concepts, process, context, and innovation.Curate architectural and interior design projects from around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Architectural Journalism:Write, edit, and develop high-quality articles, features, interviews, and project stories that highlight design thinking, creativity, and technical skills.Curate architectural and interior design projects to feature in publications, blogs, and social media platforms.Craft compelling narratives that tell the story of architecture, design, and urban planning.Produce engaging content for various formats, including blog posts, newsletters, magazine issues, website pages, and social media.Design Critique & Research:Analyse architectural projects critically, considering spatial design, materiality, sustainability, and user experience.Conduct research on design topics, trends, technologies, and global architectural movements.Prepare reference notes, project summaries, and structured research to support editorial work.Editorial Assistant Responsibilities:Assist in building and managing the editorial calendar for publications and digital platforms.Edit, proofread, fact-check, and quality check submitted content.Coordinate with contributors, writers, and collaborators to ensure timely submissions.Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, voice, and design accuracy across all written content.Prepare article briefs, content outlines, and editorial guidelines.Help shape the overall editorial vision of the publication.Promotion & Community Engagement:Support the promotion of the publication across digital channels.Write promotional posts, highlight reels, teasers, and feature announcements for social media.Assist in planning campaigns for new issue releases, special editions, and thematic features.Build relationships with architects, studios, design schools, and creative communities to grow readership.Collaborate with the marketing team to improve visibility, engagement, and growth.Creative Strategy & Collaboration:Work closely with leadership to align editorial direction with brand goals.Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to produce engaging narratives.Support brainstorming sessions for new formats—interviews, photo essays, opinion columns, research features, etc.
