Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge mobile applications using Flutter and scalable backend services with Ruby on Rails.Key Responsibilities:Develop high-quality mobile apps for iOS & Android using Flutter, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal app performance.Design and implement modular, reusable UI components that adhere to industry standards.Implement state management using Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, or other suitable solutions, ensuring efficient data flow and minimised latency.Integrate REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend services to deliver robust and secure mobile applications.Optimise app load times, user experience, and overall performance by implementing effective caching strategies and leveraging platform-specific features.Build and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails, focusing on clean code, security, and efficiency.Develop RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications, adhering to best practices and industry standards.Design and optimise database schemas to ensure optimal data storage and retrieval, guaranteeing seamless integration with frontend applications.Write secure, efficient, and well-documented code, following established coding standards and guidelines.Integrate third-party services, authentication mechanisms, and payment gateways to enhance application functionality and user experience.Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.Participate in requirement discussions, technical planning, and solution implementation, providing input and expertise to drive project success.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly, minimising downtime and ensuring maximum system uptime.Contribute to code reviews, technical decisions, and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, packages, and frameworks, applying new knowledge and skills to drive innovation and excellence.
