Digital Rhetoric, a full-service digital marketing agency in Pune, is looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team If you’re passionate about design, excited about new tools, and eager to work on dynamic projects, we want to hear from you.


What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years working with a digital marketing agency.

✅ Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic & social media design across multiple platforms.

✅ Design Tools Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and quick editing tools like Canva.

✅ AI Tools Expertise: Knowledge of AI-powered tools for design and video editing (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, DALL-E, etc.) is a must.

✅ Social Media Expertise: In-depth understanding of post formats, dimensions, and platform-specific design trends.

✅ Branding & Packaging Design: Experience in crafting impactful brand identities, packaging, and marketing materials.

✅ Website Design: Experience designing websites and working on platforms like Figma (added advantage).

✅ Bonus Skills: Video editing for social media or photography skills will give you an edge


Responsibilities:

Conceptualise and create engaging graphics for social media posts, campaigns, branding, packaging, and websites.

Collaborate with the team to develop creative solutions that align with client objectives.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and social media platform requirements.

Use AI tools to streamline the design process and boost creativity.

Ensure designs are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimised for various digital platforms.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Adapt designs based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
